"I’m From Here and There” is a lyrical picture book about a young child born in one country and raised in another, learning to embrace both cultures as part of their identity. Though they don’t remember “there,” they carry its language, stories, and love in their heart—alongside the everyday joys of “here.” As they reflect on the differences and similarities between their two worlds, they discover they don’t have to choose one place to belong—because they belong to both.
